About Me
Dr. Joy Prakash Misra (born on 15th April, 1986) is presently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra. He has obtained his Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee in the year of 2014. The research interests of Dr. Misra include machining science, advanced manufacturing processes, optimization techniques, etc. Most recently, in 2018, Dr. Joy was awarded with Young Engineers Award by Institution of Engineers and Young Scientist Award by Venus International Foundation.
